  I was just in your establishment trying to pick up a money gram and was treated with a lot of disrespect and very rude customer service by someone who said they were the manager of Advance America. She told me that whoever sent the MoneyGram my first name wrong I proceeded to tell her but it wasn't who wrote the information on the papers who entered it into the computer room but the person at the Walmart counter to take down the information incorrectly and input it into the computer wrong. Then she proceeded to argue with me that that was not correct but it was whoever sent its fault but that she would accommodate me because she knew that it suppose to say Jennifer but instead to Jennifee. Of course anyone with management experience could see that that was a technical error. Then she proceeded to tell me that the next time that I go to Walmart that I need to be sure they spell the information correctly. First off I wasn't the one who sent the information I was the one who is receiving it that doesn't take a scientist. Then she sad because she was the manager she would go ahead and do it this time but the next time I need to be sure that it was correct or anybody else won't be able to help me. I did find it very frustrating and the fact that I didn't feel like I need to argue about a $20 bill he is calling so she went ahead and gave me the money and then proceeded to hand me that look like paperwork I had my five year old son with me and you was that I was going to the grocery store and have no carry paperwork that I did not need for a $20 bill. So an officer had come in possibly security and she proceeded to tell me that I had to take the paperwork Azan had to take the receipt I told her no I don't know that she could throw it away so she proceeded to argue with me again I'm sorry but I've been mini customer service positions in over ten years of management experience so I know that arguing with the customer is not the thing to do I also know that me as a customer coming in to your establishment to pick up any amount of money is what gives her a job what about the management or regular customer service so I really do believe that she was very rude and she felt she could be that way because of the security guard that was there. When I asked her who it was that was above her so I can make a complaint she told me that I could call the phone number on the wall I really don't see this as being professional nor do I see your establishment is being professional and maybe you should consider New Management because I will never come into your establishment again nor will I refer anyone to your establishment thank you.

  My husband & I were in the Bakersfield Store on Advance America Store #5010 2353 N. Chester Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93308 We are a christian family and my husband got laid off from Halliburton company. We were simply getting information about a loan. The lady VERONICA CASTILLO explaining the policy of the company; to my surprise my husband told me when i went to the car to get missing paper work my husband told me the lady Veronica winked at him and slipped him her personal phone number and address to her apartment near by. I tried calling the business to ask to speak to a supervisor and didn't get any where with the staff such as Zolina who were works there. I couldn't believe the unprofessional, dishonesty, unworthy, ignorant, and amateurish. I filed a complaint with Better Business, yelp and the locate business office; i am appalled. THE OFFICE CLERK VERONICA DOESN'T RESPECT FAMILIES OR WIVES WITH HUSBANDS
