  They never even returned several of my calls. I agree with the other person. If it walks like a duck. I plan on filing a complaint against this so-called organization.

  Be prepared to be treated like a criminal. I've been doing my taxes through VITA with my mom for the last 9 years. I always used to take my daughter with me at the location on Oak ever since she was a baby. This year I came to the one located at CAPK and they wouldn't​ let my 8 year old in! What do they think she's going to do? Steal personal information? Then, when I returned after leaving her with a family member to be taken care of, they didn't let me go in with my mother with whom I'm filing with! They have MY W-2, MY proof of medical insurance, MY Social Security​! They said I couldn't go in because of confidentiality reasons. What confidentiality??? IT'S MY INFORMATION ON THAT PAPERWORK! I think next year I'll go to the United Way cause the VITA at CAPK lacks good customer service.
