  Jewelry ok, but TERRIBLE customer service. And too me, that's the most important factor before and after a purchase. I'm sure you can get the same quality product with better customer service. I have reported the same employee twice to corporate and the manager, and he's still there, so what does that tell you????? Try another place!!
