  Terrible customer service. My parents have been going there for years but this last time was the final straw. Hardly anyone was there on a Saturday night so doesn't seem like they are doing very well. Even with only 3 tables full they managed to forget our pizza (we waited for over an hour until we finally said something). They did give us free salad bar plates and an order of mozzarella sticks for the trouble, but when we finally did get our pizza it was only lukewarm, like they had actually made it but had just forgotten to bring it to us. Will be finding another pizza joint.

  Went in for the buffet because they have great pizza, but the pizza was old had been sitting on the line for a long time and was not very appetizing. We waited for new pizza on the line which took forever even though the workers did not seem all to busy they ran out of ice tea and never put a dessert pizza on the line during our meal. All in all we like sitting down and ordering but the buffet was far from a value for the price for the quality you received
