  Arrived on time but I was told my AC was done for, the tech pushed pretty hard to run my credit and finance that day for $11,500. I called another outfit for a second opinion. There is nothing wrong with my AC.

  I'very had very pleasant experiences when dealing with this company, both over the phone & in person. Staff have been helpful & through in explaining issues with my A/C & Heater system, in terms that I can understand.
  This last prevention/maintaincence call was no different. Valentine, the technical service employee sent this time, was professional & friendly in all his interactions with me. Again, while reviewing my A/C system with me, he was through. He used: a checklist of those items inspected, photos of parts & structural areas of interest & gave easy to understand descriptions of those that were working well, those that were not working so well & those that may not be working at all within the near future.
  I would not hesitate to recommend this technical inspector, Valentine, or the company he represents, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, to anyone.
  Very pleased with this company.
