  I step inside the building to see with the environment with liking it was quite good quite Pleasant ladies working they were very helpful even though I didn't need no actual help they're still pretty helpful to me off me water so it's real nice company business and work is a great ad if you come here if I need to have some eye work done

  They have great Doctors at this location. They are a bit difficult to find, but worth the effort. They we're able to correctly identify my correct prescription, where others were unsuccessful, and will work with you when it is not exactly correct. Most recently they have diagnosed a cataract in my right eye. My mother in law has just had her cataract surgery with them, and now her vision is better than before. So I feel confident to use them for my upcoming surgery as well. Only drawback here is that they do not schedule their appointments well. When planning your visit make sure you have a lot of time in your schedule. They are usually over half an hour late in seeing their patients. But when dealing with your eyesight, trust is more important than being on time.

  I won't take my family back to see Dr. Kaprielian. If you try to order contacts through costco because it's cheaper, they will everything they can to sabotage it. I have to have the office approve the perscription but they always cancel it for some reason even if it's a lie. The first time they canceled it they said that the prescription was changed and we needed to come back in to have it verified but it wasn't. It was never changed. The second time Bree said I placed an order for a year but she obviously can't count because it was for 6 months. They always have some excuse as to why they can't do their job. I paid for my perscription and they should approve it. You get the impression they don't know what their doing over there. Goodluck getting contacts.
