  Never go there if you need your car repaired. It will take more than a day and they will not update you on the progress of your vehicle. Trying to get your advisor on the phone is impossible. The will not answer their telephones I have received this horrible service more once or even three times.Im forced to use this because, my vehicles need to towed in at the time when service is needed and the Dealership I prefer is to far and cost is expensive. My rating is "0" and it's be more than 5 years with this unconcern for their customers and repair their cars under warranty.

  Amazing used/new car selection. Amazing sales team. HORRIBLE SERVICE CENTER AND SALES ADVISORS! I will literally never buy a car through Three-Way again. It is impossible to get through to ANYONE in their service center to make an appointment, or check the status of your vehicle. Under my warranty, I have to go through their service center to get any major work done. When my transmission started slipping, I called them right away to make an appointment. After SIX MONTHS of being brushed off or completely ignored, I had to literally call corporate Chevrolet to make an appointment with this place. Now, I can’t get through to them to see if my car is ready. I might just call corporate on them again! I would not recommend buying a car through Three-Way considering you HAVE to deal with their horrible service center if you get a car under warranty.
