  According to your phone message you have four options to "better assist" me. The first of which is to contact a resident, caregiver, etc. When I press it the line disconnects. Repeatedly. Grrrr. I then tried option two although it wasn't the type of person I needed information from. A Shannnom gave me a "direct line" to the facility. When I called it I got a "I'm sorry this line has a voice mail that hasn't been set up yet". And then the line disconnected..... So assumedly it was not a direct line to the facility but someone's private cell phone.
