  The customer service my family and I just experienced at this location is unforgivable. The sales representative was completely out of line. We were ignored when we first entered. I even smiled at her to make sure she had seen us. She finally made her way towards the back and asked “what are you looking for?”. No warmth no kindness just sounded annoyed. My husband asked her where we could find toddler beds. Her response, “we don’t have any.” He attempted to ask any other question when she cut him off with”we don’t have toddler beds.” We were in shock with this employees poor attitude. Jordan furniture, is this the person you are choosing to reflect your store? How unfortunate.
