  This place is a joke. The lady's that answer the phone are absolutely rude. When I call to get new hoses they make you wait for shipping or when I called to get tanks they make you wait a few days. The only time I had oxygen delivered was when my grandfather first received it and I didnt know how much he would be using so I only got 2 travel tanks and I had to argue with the lady to get 2 extra travel tanks. Ugh. Anyways just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.. place is horrible.

  Terrible experience. My PCP sent a prescription over for a CPAP machine and after several weeks of waiting I learn that they have an order, but have zero information on me (birthdate, phone number, insurance info) and supposedly they've contacted my PCP several times and all messages have been ignored which is completely uncharacteristic of my PCP's office. Spoke with Vicky on at least 3 occasions (today included) and she claimed to have no contact information for me when in fact on one occasion SHE CALLED ME on my cell. I would advise to take your business elsewhere. Lori (spoke with her briefly today) was nice and seemed to want to help, but had no information from the original prescription (that had yet to be entered into their system and was on Vicky's desk). Very frustrating indeed.
