  Terrible! I had to transfer my daughter to a new school and went to go pick up her record, mind you I had called before hand cause I was going to be a 30 minute drive. When I got there no one knew what I was talking about and didn't bother to try and help. I went home only to get a phone call and tell me that the records were ready. I went the next day and again no one bothered to help took them over hour to even help me only one lady was working and the 2 other were just talking away not trying to help anyone! Really Rude!
