  I saw Raine today and no one should EVER go to her. She talks on her phone, leaves the building, reads her texts, talks to another stylist, and works in other clients for things that don't fit. I went in at 2, it started out fine but I ended up having color in my hair for an hour and 15 minutes at least, while she put foils in another girls hair. A one color dye job and a basic cut took 3 hours. Luckily it turned out fine, but she had the nerve to ask me to come back to her. YEAH RIGHT! Warn all of your friends-NEVER go to her. The receptionist was nice though.
