  After reading many of the reviews here, i feel i should share my experiece with them after renting 2 properties with them and being a tenant of theirs for 5 years. I qualified for my rental 2 days after applying and seeing the house. The first house i leased was amazing but during my 2 year stay, there were some things the owner did not want to fix. We called nationwide many times and they did try getting many repairs approved but some unfortunately were not done. Kaz helped us move into something better after qualifying again and their service was great. We qualified to buy and we just moved out a few weeks ago. Nationwide might not be the perfect company but I had an acceptable experience. It might just depend on the owner since, likw signed in the lease, nationwide is just the management and cannot make big decisions on costly repairs. My security deposit took 19 days to get processed and i was duct some money for minor damages. Overall it went smoothly.
