  Horrible experience. We needed a place while our apartment was being worked on so a friend set up a reservation here ~ plain and clearly in that reservation was that we needed a handicap access room, ground floor and that we had service animals with us.
  After having to wait 3 hours in their parking lot (with their knowledge! ) our room was supposed to be ready however I was then informed that they don't allow "pets" I explained these aren't pets they are service animals and then I was asked to explain our disabilities!!!!! I refused on grounds of health privacy. And offered our animals certification cards/information~ was told that wasn't necessary because they wouldn't accept it!!!! Rude!!!!! And illegal! !!!!
  We got a full refund from our booking agency because of this. And went to La Quenta down the road and had a lovely stay in a clean and comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff!
