  I have been to this Sallys on several occasions. The store looks nice and neat. Unfortunately, there is an employee who works there and her name is Laurie. She looks like she is dressed for Halloween everyday. The worst thing is she provides horrible customer service. If you have a question about hair color or any other question, she has a very bad attitude. She acts like she wants to assist but in reality, she lies by telling the customer that certain hair product.will work. For example if you have dry hair the worst thing you want to do is bleach it. She sold me some expensive hair products that completely damaged my hair more than it already was. I believe she does this to impress her boss that she's a good sales person. I would not recommend this Sallys because of this very rude and lying employee. It is best to visit the Sallys on the east side. There manager Cindy is very nice and helpful and does not lie to customers just to make a profit. I would definitely recommend the Sallys on the east side. In my opinion, they should fire this employee for being such a liar. It is all about customer service and this employee makes this store look bad.
