  Horrible Customer Service.
  
  My gf got me a gift certificate for Xmas because she didn't know what hat I wanted so I went to pick out the hat I want and they didn't have it.. I asked for a catalog so they can order the one I want and they said that's not an option at thier store and I can come back in a week because they always get new shipments.. I've been back to the store 3x and still nothing so I asked if i can just get the money back for the gift certificate so i can go to lids and order the one I want and they said "No, we can't do that.. good thing about the gift certificate is that it never expires".. yeah it doesn't expire but it looks like it's never gonna get used either. For the most part they already got my money.. but they won't get my service ever again.
