  I'm giving the place 5 stars for the great service they have, even at the passport center. I brought all my documents already finished and my own printed photos and the process was a breeze. Only problem is all the other people that go there that are NOT ready at all and fill out the papers right at the counter and did not bring with them a pre-printed photograph, they are the ones who slow down the process.

  If you are getting a passport come at 9 AM be prepared to sit for 4 hours.
  They close by 2 pm and often stop taking new people by 1PM
  It is hard to sit around young kids who have to be there but do not want to be. The process is government paperwork with their rules.
  They will take picture for you for extra fee.
