  After I paid off my account in full after it was in collections 26 days ago.... they will won't offer me services and I'm in extreme pain. They say they can't offer me services until the red flag is removed. I was told it would be removed 14 days after I settled my account. It had been 26 effing days!!! They refuse to call the collection agency to verify that my account was paid in full. The agency has sent my file showing my account has been settled. They sent it to western dental multiple times and they have not verified to the agency that they have received it!
