  My dog is having health issues, and I was referred here. I really appreciate the: doctors, staff and valet. They made me feel like I made the right decision by traveling 3 1/2 hours to treat him. Though, they are 'pricey' they are professional and have a full service facility that reassures a person of their services.

  Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. After 2.5 hours of waiting I still didn’t see a vet even though I was there before all the people that were now waiting. Rude receptionist refused to give me a time estimate and people kept coming in and getting seen before me. Then she has nerve to tell me that they don’t even know what’s wrong with my cat. Idiot. He was very lethargic and not eating or drinking and they considered that less of an emergency than someone whose animal had a more evident problem. My cat could be in kidney or liver failure as those are the signs. This is the second time I have had to walk out on this place and I will NOT be back.
