  The reviews of 5/5 or 4/4 or completely false. Everyone that I have met that was a tenant at this location has had many issues from theft, grand theft auto, even murder! The staff is unprofessional and have no clue on renter rights or California Rental Laws. Stay away from this place. Moreover, they like to report tenants to Hunter Warfield for any collections. The issue is you will never receive a statement of charges nor do they let you dispute the charges. They are scam!! In addition, if you move here you will have your mail stolen, your place burglarized, and your car tampered with. The issue is the management will take zero responsibility or even take steps to secure the location. Management has even gone as far as blaming the tenant for theft of property.
