  Waited 35 minutes for one pizza while we watched other people, who ordered after we did and had larger orders, get their food before us.
  
  Food was fine but nothing special. Found a hair in our pizza. Stuff happens but still gross.
  
  Customer service was good about the hair. Refunded our money and offered us another pizza and a discount on our next visit.
  
  Overall, I wasn't impressed. Probably the only place in Bakersfield to get Chicago style deep dish but if you just want pizza there are much better places.
