  Strongly encourage anyone considering this dental group to spend the time and look elsewhere. Not only is their front office stuff under qualified to handle medical claims, their doctors and nurses chair side manor is less to be desired. I personally have filed a claim with the BBB and BFCA against this dental practice. Seems to me they've gotten in over their capable heads and are barely keeping afloat.
  
  But by all means if you dont value the service you're paying for, then continue on. I will never step foot into this doctors office again. They'll never lay a hand on any of my children again. But Im a caring parent and care about my children's health.
  
  Fairwell Riverlakes. It's too bad you lost that "QUALITY" because you were too busy caring about the "QUANTITY ".

  Sarah is amazing!! she did everything to help me when no one else would. the staff, Dr. Henderson and dr phi are the best!!!!! & amazing!!! I will continue to go here as long as my insurance allows me.
